Process:
Taffeta floats on and in the lake, while the microphone amplifies the small sounds of tiny waves gently lapping.
The taffeta is slowly heaved to shore, making 4-inch wide pleats. The pleats, mimicking & augmenting the waves, rise up along the loading dock.
